Idéalement placé, le bus 33 est à deux pas, et permet de se rendre à Hardbrucke en moins de 10 minutes. D’autre part, l’arrêt Hubertus est à 6 minutes de marche, et dessert également les lignes 83, 3, et 89.

La chambre en question a 14m2 de surface. A noter que le lit + matelas (140*200) sont à reprendre par le nouveau locataire.

A shared room in an apartment in Albisrieden, Zurich, will be available from June 2024. The residence, built at the end of 2022, is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, on top of boasting excellent soundproofing. The apartment has 3.5 rooms, and includes a washing machine & dryer.

Ideally situated, the bus 33 is just steps away, providing a direct access to Hardbrucke in less than 10 minutes. Furthermore, the Hubertus stop is a 6-minute walk away, serving lines 83, 3, and 89 as well.

The room in question has a surface area of 14m2. Please note that the bed + mattress (140*200) are to be taken over by the new tenant.
